Details given to us will remain confidential and will not be passed to any third party without consent. This includes email addresses which will be used only in private correspondance. Note that web shopping through PayPal requires details to be registered with PayPal.
You will not receive unsolicited junk mail from us. However, be aware that it is easy to fake a mail address so as to make it appear that a "spam" message has come from anywhere. We do not use mailing lists to send "spam". Remember that mail attachments from whatever source should be checked for viruses and not opened unless you are sure that they are safe.
The computer that runs this site and associated mail is an IBM server, running the AIX UNIX operating system. It has been installed in accordance with the highest level of e-Commerce security considerations. The same systems are behind many web banking operations. Server system logs of traffic are collected for security and statistical purposes only - they are not disclosed and they would not contain any personal details.
The normal browser default to "enable JavaScript" is required to use the buttons for site navigation. JavaScript is safe: having this feature enabled does not provide access to files on your machine, nor does it allow any dangerous functions to be executed. The feature should be turned on to be able to enjoy normal web use. Web shopping through PayPal makes use of "cookies" for example, which should also be safely enabled.
