I need to create an account for remote access to a HMC running version 7, the only access this account can have is:

Access to only 1 partition on the pSeries system
Only access to stop, restart, start the partition (will need access to SMS on the partition as well)

No access to change or modify any HMC related settings.


Is this possible? If so what would I need to do to create a user with these access rights.
