We're thinking about starting a recruitment section outside of this technical forum, after discovering how useless some other systems are at passing on applications.  Because clearly this forum is the best place for AIX systems admin staff.

However, the gist of recruitment "advertising" is that the would be employer usually pays for the pleasure of reaching an appropriate audience.  So before anyone else thinks of a quick ad of this type here, we highly recommend using our contributions section to balance the karma in our little universe - i.e. pay up
