There was a long chapter on this in the "IX41" advanced admin course, "virtual printers" and all the associated directories for those files.  Michael will have access to the latest materials, it must be 10 years since I wrote parts of that, it's under /var somewhere - you could look for the ridiculously long filenames I recall with @ signs and all sorts in.

However, at it's simplest it might be enough to copy /etc/qconfig for your queue and queue device definition stanzas, after maybe adding some type-example printers.

You'll also need to install whatever driver software these printers use - normal installp.
