Depending on how Oracle is running, you could try the command P (capital P) to the topas Process page (just type h for help).

If you need something other, different, better, etc. look for nmon.

p.s. I assume you mean 5.3 TL04 (oslevel -s and oslevel -r give the best indication. Note: they should both be saying the same roughly the same thing. If not you are missing one or two filesets.)

We just implemented a new ERP system, running Oracle 10g on AIX 5.3.4.
Using topas, I am keeping an eye on overall system load and resources, and when an Oracle process climbs way up above the others (over 20% cpu sometimes) I would like to trace back to which network connection and/or which files this process has open. 
Does anyone know of a way to do this with AIX commands/resources or Oracle tools - either Spotlight or OEM?
